Newspaper Article dated August 56\'My grandmother, starting in the early 1940\'s collected salt and pepper shakers of all shapes and sizes. From birds to vegetables to rare novelty pieces. As you can see in the attached article dated August 1956, she showcased her collection of shakers in her home in Poynette Wisconsin until she passed in 2005. I am now selling her collection of over 280 shakers, these are being sold as individual pairs. Please check back often as I will be continuing to post additional sets. (30)
