Measures 4 1/2 inches tall by 3 1/2 inches across. I don\'t know what kind of glass this is or when it was made. The bottom of it is clear glass and rest is beautiful blue with a white enamel like floral design painted on the front. The stopper looks to be crystal. If anyone knows what kind of glass this is and when it was made please let me know. It looks to be an antique piece, but really don\'t know.It is such a BEAUTIFUL piece!
