This most usable late 1800s-early 1900s frame is crafted of wood with recycled piano key veneers and brass top loop with original convex glass. It measures 4 ½” x 3 5/8” overall with 3 ¼” x 2 ½” reveal and 3 ½” x 2 5/8” back rabbet opening. The original painting has been removed leaving fragments of 19th c. paper on the back so it is ready to accommodate your favorite miniature.
