This sealed package of \"Punching Balloons\" contains 3 balloons,2 grip sticks,2 stretch bands and retailed for 39 cents.
They were made of Qualatex material by The Pioneer Rubber Company of Willard,Ohio.
The package is in excellent sealed condition with the colors still being vibrant and featuring a clown on the front and a steel grommet for hanging from a store peg. I cannot say if the contents are still usable as they are fairly old and therefore they are sold \"as is\" for a collectable and not a usable toy.
