This timepiece was built to combat the unfair & negative biased depiction of law enforcement officers from back in the turbulent late 1960\'s & forward. The Police were called \"pigs\". In 1970 SLW Associates & The Dirty Time Company produced the original \"Pigs Is Beautiful\" watch pushing the POSITIVE use of the word PIG. Those initials stood for Pride Integrity Guts!!

The case measures 33.70mm wide (not counting the stem & crown) by 40.mm lug to lug and has an all high polished chrome top, sides, bezel and drop lugs with a satin sand marked stainless steel case back.

The multi color enameled dial is in MINT condition and features the caricature of a pig in a Police Officers uniform with the words Pride Integrity Guts.

This classic watch is powered by the classic original mechanical wind-up movement. Beware or the current mass produced Hong Kong cheap battery powered quartz reproductions!! This watch comes with a proper period new old stock black Glove Leather strap, \"AND\" a proper period piece matching new old stock expansionstainless steel bracelet.
