From a Bell collector\'s estate-where the massive collection was catalogued. Top half of the body moves from side to side-great hair and gorgeous face on this gal-she\'s holding a fan,and handbag clapper/base is her feet- there is a tiny \"bruise\" on the base 4 1/4\" h marked Germany and 5977 ?
