What a lovely find! This egg serving tray is probably from the 1950\'s or early 1960\'s and was made in Japan (stamped on the back). The server holds a dozen eggs and there is an area on the side for crackers or veggies. The tray, in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or repairs, is about 15\" long x about 9.5\" wide x almost .75\" tall. It is made of a creamy-white highly glazed pottery reminiscent of Italian or Portuguese pottery but it feels sturdier. It has a pretty basket weave design around the border and where the crackers would be placed. All in all, this would be a fabulous addition to your Easter celebration or for any time of year if you are serving devilled eggs. Wouldn\'t it look great with lots of pretty colored eggs for Easter?
