hw fun is this - a wire hoop for under skirts of the women before the 1900s- it says it was made by the w Hull skirt co- and i cannot make the town they were located insome of the covering of the wires has come off and there is wear to the connecting straps etc but after all this is over 100 years old - not easy item to findso realize it is far from perfect
because of some buyers who are abusing the system i am no only taking returns on items that i have made some kind of error - missed a spot - flaw- etc -- just changing your mind is not a reason for a return. I will continue to work hard to maintain my 100% positive rating.
