New in sealed cellophaneHere\'s a pin earned by an individual who has demonstrated academic fitness.The program was introduced in 1984 by Ronald Reagan.Pin is gold tone metal with blue enamel. In a recent article I read, you can obtain pins with Blue, Red, or Black enamel (color denotes elementary, middle, high school). So, I\'m not sure what year blue was available as an option.Measures approximately 5/8\" diameter. In absolutely new condition - and still sealed in the original cellophane!
