Ourresearch indicates that this pattern was published without copyright notice in the 1930s and entered public domain in 1960s ~ therefore it does notinfringe on any copyright laws. This is a great pieced pattern for creating the classic Nosegay quilt block. This pieced pattern has a finished block that measures approximately10 inches square.
