Very unique and interesting piece here. It is a ceramic plaque attached to a brass accented leather backing with a gold chain. For all I know the chain could be actually gold. Also has 6 dangling charm drops attached by loops. Seems to be in good condition, some tarnish to the brass corners. The previous owner acquired this while living in Europe many decades ago.
