Up for offer is a fine quality Scottish sterling dirk brooch by Robert Allison, assayed Edinburgh, 1961-62. The brooch is 3 5/8 inches long by 1/2 inch wide. It weighs 13 grams. It is cast in the form of a dirk with a Celtic knot handle. It has a standard pin back with safety catch. It bears Edinburgh hallmarks for 1961-62, with a maker’s mark of RA in a circle for Robert Allison.

Condition on the brooch is good. There is just normal wear. A fine piece of Celtic jewelry!
