Vintage Rare Battery Operated Illfelder Good Time Charlie 1960s Toy.He partially works, his lamppost & cigar light up, he moves his foot. He is in fairly good vintage condition for his age. His clothes could use a cleaning. The battery compartment is clean, no rust. The latch that holds the battery compartment shut is missing, that may be the reason why he does not fully function, not sure? The bottom of the battery compartment has some scratches.Take 2 \"D\" batteries, not included.Please see all photos, being sold in as is non-working vintage condition.Payment by Paypal only.
