This is a very rare, entirely Pewter Franklin Mint Gargoyle figurine from 1989. It’s named Guardian of Destiny, and the design and detail by Gary Persello is amazing. The Gargoyle is proudly sitting on a crystal ball, with this tail wrapped around his body. The base of the Crystal Ball is all Pewter, and decorated with 6 ruby red jewels. His wings are tall, and majestic. You can almost see him take off into a moonlight sky, flying high above a gothic city. He has some armor plating on his shoulders, wrists, and ankles, so he is battle ready should he need to fight. This is truly a unique and memorizing piece from Franklin Mint. It’s a must have for any collector.
