Christmas piece from RELCO Japan. It features Santa sitting in his sleigh and four reindeer. The reindeer have a chain running through them to represent the reigns. On the front is the word \"NOEL\" in large red letters. On top of each letter is a candle holder (candles are not included). See above regarding condition of the piece.
