Up for sale is a replica of the Enfield No. 2 mk 1\". It has the same \"JAPAN\" stamp (as other \"Replica Models INC\", but I could not find it in any of the few catalogs I have found. The quality and features that make it \"non-firing\" are consistent with the others I have listed. And it has features/details that distinguish it from cheaper replica brands such as \"Denix\".
As advertised, it disassembles very similarly as the original gun it is modeled after. I was convinced until further investigation that this was a real gun. IT IS NOT A REAL GUN.This is also not a \"cap-gun\" and does not \"fire/shoot\" any type of bullet, blank, or cap to produce a sound beyond the mechanical actions involved in pulling the trigger.
This replica gun contains the colored markings required by law, including a permanently attached orange plug.
