Vintage Resistol 3X \"Kitten Finish\" Felt Fedora. Light Tan. Rare 7-1/2\" size (tag missing but measuresalmost 23-3/8\" or 23-1/2\").Fits identical toanother7-1/2hatI have that has a tag, plus it came out of the same estate. 5\" crown, 2-7/8\" ribbon bound brim. Still has the lapel retainer button and string(otherwise known as a \"Wind Trolley\"). Worn very little as almost 100% of gold embossing on sweatband still intact. Some very minor surface mothing. Similar in style to theStetsonOpen Road. Originally sold by Renbergs of Tulsa. Can date this to around 60 years or more by several methods. The original price tag of $15 inside crown and this was the approx. msrp in the 40\'s and 50\'s. There was a business card in the brim with a local phone number that was phased out by the late 40\'s, early 50\'s. Soft and pliable and for it\'s age andhat is in a good condition as not many hats this old are still wearable and in a decent condition. Also comes with what appears to be an original period correct hatbox.
