The arms are plastic

The arms can probably be repainted and look great.

Update: I just painted the arms myself with Brown Acrylic Paint

Made for plastic andVinyl I uploaded 4 new pictures with the

new painted arms. its look much better but is not perfect last picture shows places I could not get to without getting paint on the frame as well. I also will include the bottle of brown for your own touch ups as needed.

From an old estate find and I wascontemplatingkeeping this.
