The finish on the lighter has quite a bit of wear. There is some base metal showing through on a couple spots as well as basic scratches and scuffs throughout. The engraving plate is empty and can be personalized. The lighter sparks well. It has a very small flame but does leak out fluid so some work will be needed to stop the leak.
