This is a vintage Royal Stafford Teacup & saucer, Garland pattern in pale blue. There is one tiny chip of gold paint on the handle near the rim, and a few tiny manufacturer\'s flaws. The tiny manufacturer\'s flaws, to my knowledge, are frequent in vintage teacups and do not reduce the value. The gold ring on the saucer has some marks typical of a cup that has been in use. Overall, still a nice cup and saucer. I ship to the lower 48 states. Paypal only.
