Ok so I don’t know much aboutCarnival but I did find out that this piece was made by L. E. Smith Company andthe pattern is a Buzz Star Pinwheel pattern Starburst pattern

The length of this is 10.5” L x 4.5”W x 2” H

Becauseof the way this glass is made there are some natural folding and seemingscratches but are not as I look closer I see small pits that seem to be part ofthe glass when it was made. But feelfree to make you own conclusion before buying

Issues: On inside, there is a small chip which I show pictures of. I wish it was perfect but it is not but Iwill tell you that when you have it on the table you don’t notice it. It is also the reason I will not be askingthe going price which is around 75.00.
