Claims for Damage/Defective Items

Within 30 days from the date of purchase, we accept requests for replacements of damaged/defective items. Hold onto all items until your claim has been resolved. Most of the time, we ship replacements immediately without the need for a return, however we will let you know if we need a picture of the damage/defects to help resolve the claim, or we will send a return label if needed. There are no costs to you for any replacements, or returns of damaged/defective items.

Returns Policy

Within 30 days from the date of purchase, we accept requests for returns of non-defective merchandise. Please note, as in our order cancellation policy, there is a 20% restock fee, plus all shipping charges are non-refundable both ways. A RMA # must be used with the return and the item(s) must be returned to the specified warehouseassociatedwith the RMA #. Items must be returned to the warehouse originally shipped from.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, there is a very small window of time where we can catch an order to cancel. Please note that while we will make every effort to catch an order which has been requested to be cancelled, if an order cannot be cancelled, such as if the packages have already loaded onto the trailer, then we have no other option available to us but to ship the order out. All shipping charges are non-refundable and there is a 20% restocking fee for merchandise that is returned.
