This is a beautiful vintage 1940\'s/1950\'s large Wall Clock by Seth Thomas.
It measures 15\" diameter by approx. 3\" depth.
This is the type of large clock you would\'ve found in a school, library, post office, train station or other industrial setting.Originally this housed a large and very loud movement that required the clock to be plugged into an electrical outlet.
The old movement was removed and replaced with a very quiet modern Quartz movement that is powered by a single AA battery!The outer metal ring is in good condition with a nice patina.
The clock face is still white and the numbers are sharp and clear.
The original glass dome is nice with only light marks and NO cracks or breaks.This clock will look great in your industrial, mid-century, art deco or any modern decorated home!
Has built-in hook/loop for wall mounting on backside.
