This piece comes from Western Australia where the Swan Brewery is located!! Gold Lager started production in 1978, so it dates from sometime after that, and based upon the aging I am guessing that it may have been created as part of the launch of the beer!! The wooden bottle has a small divot in the neck and a couple very thin splits which I believe are natural to the wood!! I do not know why it has a hole through it, but perhaps it had a tap on the front and a cork on the back!! The cap and label are authentic!! It has a Spalding Hot Dot 3 Golf Ball mounted beside it and the base, which may be petrified wood, has \"The 19th Hole\" carved in it!! It also has a piece of heavy steel wire wrapped around and through it!! Reminds me of the shaft of a golf club after a terrible round of golf!! LOL!! Approx. 11.25\" tall overall!!
