Heritage 17-Jewel Swiss Pocket Watch

Here is a Swiss madeBuler Watch Company \"Heritage\" 17-Jewel Pocket Watch withsilver-plated (assumed)hunter case.Hinge is at the 9 o\'clock position and winding stem at 3 o\'clock. Case measures about 48mm, nearly 2inches across.

Watch face, crystal and hands look good. Movement appears to be overwound and will not start. Plating is badly worn, as is a little of the floral pattern decoration(please scroll down for additional photos)
