Beautiful and so sparkly (the pictures do not do this justice).
New, in box. No smells at all, so I am quite sure it has never been used.
Made by Kosmetos, Inc in Hallandale, FL, which I cannot find any information about, so I am assuming they are now out of business.
These were sold in department stores, over 20 years ago at least.
This applicator is sparkly, shiny and beautifully made.
