This large light blue brooch measures 2.5 inches by 2.5 inches. All rhinestone are present and sparkly. I think that the 4 large petals are lucite, but I\'m not sure. I\'m also don\'t know the date, but the piece looks \"mod\". I can\'t spot any damage with this piece.
