It was most likely made prior to 1973. The jumper has rainbow stitching around the cuffs, neck, and around dragon patch. The dragon patch is sown on the inside of the jumper. It features a zipper pocket on the inside of the garment. The jumper still has its original paper label. The size states 36 small w 30. It is small. The jumper is in excellent condition.
