This listing is for a vintage Selig (Selig Manufacturing Co., Leominster, Mass.) Lounge Chair with Ottoman, inspired by the iconic 1956 Charles and Ray Eames design (670 / 671) for Herman Miller.Construction is molded plywood with metal bases and fittings, and caramel color vinyl covering. Manufacturer tags are attached to both chair and ottoman. Tags are not dated, but I believe these pieces date from the 1970’s.Set is in good condition overall. Chair and Ottoman both show general wear consistent with their age and use. There are scuffs, scratches, and several chips to the plywood. The vinyl covering on the lounge chair is in good shape. The covering on the ottoman shows lots of wear and scuffing.Mechanically, everything is intact and functioning as intended.
