VINTAGE! Vintage Sheaffer\'s Fountain Pen and Mechanical Pencil Set with box. Box is a bit grubby and is hinge style with padded fabric lined inside. Inside the box it reads: Box no. 017 W.A Scheaffer Pen Co. Fort Madison, Iowa. Made in the USA. I am unsure of the date. The Fountain pen and mechanical pencil are both a dark burgundy in color and have their original price stickers still on. The Fountain Pen was $19.75 and the pencil was $10. I am unsure how to get the Fountain Pen apart, it currently does not write, and the nib say \"14K\" (gold) on it. The Mechanical Pencil still has lead and twists it out perfectly. I do not see any glaring or obvious damage to the box or pen/pencil with exception of some scuffs on box corners. A very nice vintage set for any collector!
