You will be buying a Vintage Sheaffer Imperial II DeLuxe Touchdown Fountain Pen, finished in Dark Green with Lustraloy Cap, in Excellent to Near Mint Cosmetic Condition.
I have tested the pen and the filling system isn\'t functioning as it should, there is definite suction present as you can witness it struggle to expel the ink from the reservoir but it is definitely not taking it up or holding it as it should.
