Here is a Vintage Sheaffer White Dot Black Lever Fill Fountain Pen with a gold nib and trim.It looks like a Sheaffer Lifetime Balance, but I can\'tguaranteethat.It has a strong Sheaffer\'s imprint on the pen body, including PAT. D-78,795.The pen is fitted with a Sheaffer\'s 14 karat two tone nib.The lever fill system seem to be working properly,but the pen may need to be restored.The pen measures approximately 5 3/8\" capped and 6\"with the cap posted.
