Up for sale is a Antique Vintage Pre Owned Used RC ENPS Sheffield England Signed Silver Plated Picture Frame! Amazing shape for its age, It is Tarnished. Has a blue velvet back. Very beautiful frame and very unique. It will be nice to display a beautiful picture in this beautiful frame. It measures about 4\" wide and about 5 1/2\" high over all size. See pictures for more details. (I didn\'t clean or polish it), it may have some surface scratches from use,prior cleaning and moving it around.
