Cookie jar is in good condition, but not perfect.
The glaze on the ceramic has various cracks throughout the entire piece.These cracks are on the glaze, and not to the ceramic.
There is a noticeable cracks towards the front of the boat - see image # 4 above.
The lid is included!
On the bottom of the boat it has\"Sierra VistaCalifornia
I\'ve seen other sellers note that the cookie jar is from the 1940\'s...I don\'t know how they know that.At least it gives you an idea of where to start looking, if you plan on doing more research on the piece.
