If items areclearly marked, we do not have it acid tested, especially if markings includedesigner’s markings. Unmarked items wehave tested. If natural hairlineinternal cracks in stones, loose settings (that normally happen over the years)bother you, or expect perfect, then you do not want Vintage. Even jewelry that is brand new tends to haveflaws. This is all Antique ArtDeco/Nouveau, Victorian, Vintage and newer Collectible jewelry, all newer itemshave been stored and are still part of the humongous estate collection and mayhave been worn, but minimally. Silverjewelry with stones sometimes loosen over the years, and stones shift andaccumulate hairline cracks. This is part of the charm of vintage jewelry. Anything distracting we will note in ourlistings, anything damaged we do not list.Of course we may miss some flaws even after examining and we doapologize, but we have also issued refunds for those (which have beenfew). We have researched all items, butare not experts, and have some great local resources, but please ask questionsor share your knowledge too! We donot list anything that we would not wear ourselves!

It measures approx. 8mmwide and only narrows slightly to approx. 5mm near the opening. It weighs 31.7g. The inside measurement from end to end isapprox. 11 to 12 inches. Part of estatecollection and lovingly worn for several years before stored away, it has somesurface scratching, but we had to really examine closely. A professional jeweler could easily polishthis to make it appear brand new, if you so choose. But it really is charming just as it is, butthat is strictly our opinion. Wear thisbeauty alone and add any of your own enhancers/pendants. It is a classic design that will be worn foryears and always be in style!
