Figural bell ringer wearing yellow / gold color pantaloons with green socks and hat - reading from paper and ringing bell. Delft blue design on each of the 4 corners. Marked / inscribed on back center: Crossing TT or JJ with GB and crown emblem. J/H in black - may be signature? Overall very good to excellent condition with slight age / wear as shown. No chips or cracks.
