Vintage Signed Miriam Haskell Gold Tone Pave Rhinestone Filigree/Wire Brooch! It looks like someone tried to repair a wire on this piece. The put a tiny dab of glue between the two layers, and pushed a couple of the rhinestones up and over. They can probably be manipulated back in place, but I am too scared to try it. LOL Large 1 7/8" diameter. This is a solid, heavy piece.
