Great chance to offer on a vintage signed watercolor of a beautiful mountain farm in the Great Smoky mountains, the Adirondacks, or some other wonderful setting. Signed by the artist and framed in a roughhewn wood frame that complements it perfectly. Framing was done in 1978, but painting is not dated. Size is approx. 25-1/2\" x 20-1/2\". Perfect for your cabin, library or man cave. NICE!

About our items: Most of our items are vintage or used...and may have signs of wear and age. We describe our items as best we can but we ask that you, the buyer ask all questions BEFORE you offer.

Our refund policy: We DO NOT routinely give refunds. is an sale site..not a retail store and we run only sales on our page, therefore if you are the high buyer when the sale closes, you have bought the item and as soon as payment is received you are the new owner.

Occasionally we have missed something with an item...in those cases we have always and will always, work with the lucky winner if you are nice. We do not put up withdisrespectful peopleand will report any abuses to the security center.

About your obligation to us: PLEASE follow through with full payment within 3 days of sale ending. After 3 days, if we have not received payment or contact from you, a non-paying report will be filed with and item will be relisted.

About payment & shipping: We take PAYPAL only. We ship on Tuesday & Thursdays only and try to ship within 48 hours of receiving payment. So if an sale ends on a Friday, we may not ship until the following Tuesday.
