Up for sale is a vintage Simpson Electric Co. TDS-3 tachometer / dwell meter! Was told that this was used during WW2! I haven\'t tested it, but was told that it does indeed work well. The box itself does have some surface rust, but nothing too major. The latch does work, but is stiff.

The top label has \" federal stock number 4910-788-8549\", \"manufactures number 4-000TDS-2\", \"manufacturer 55026/Simpson Electric Co\".

The second one by the handle says:
