Nice running Singer Sewing Machine Model 306K, comes with what you see in the photos , including 23 pattern flat cams and manual on a cd in PDF format.. Runs fast and smooth, Light works, nice clean machine thatI have oiled. It worked beautifully the last time I had it out. I purchased this machine from a local sewing repair man. I need to sell my sewing machine collection because I no longer use them and don\'t have room for them.. It is in a cabinet but because of the weight I am unable to send, so you are only offerding on the head and accessories, unless you can pick up in Saginaw, MI..then the cabinet is free.
