We have a very nice Singer 69SV143 barrack machine in nice vintage condition....
We have cleaned, oiled, and adjusted this special machine to the best of our ability... More cleaning and/or adjustments may be needed....
The machine appears to be complete, and in pretty nice condition... Lllks like the machine head has seen limited use.... We have made many bar tacks, and the ones in the photo were just made for this listing...
The machine makes pretty nice tacks considering our lack of knowledge and experience with bartackers :-) Proper thread, tension, and adjustments should give better results...
The length and width of the tacks can be easily adjusted. It appears to make a 5/8\" maximum length tack. We believe it makes 28 stitches....
We used tex 69 nylon thread to make tacks in multiple layers of heavy polyester with a thick vinyl backing... Should work wonderfully on your raw denim belt loops!!!
Include with the head is a vintage or antique American Safety Table table and stand. All set up and ready to go.... Motor operates on 110v ac current...
Perhaps a few adjustments to suit your thread and material, and you should be making nice barracks...
