This box has four cams which are used with the Singer Stitch Patterns automatic zigzagger machine. Manufactured by the Singer Manufacturing Company in the United States in 1954. The four patterns include: Scallops (161004), Multiple Stitch (161005), Walls of Troy (161006) and Icicle (161007). I took a close-up of the designs from the front of the instruction sheet.
The box, the cams and the instruction sheet have obviously been stored, unused for many years.
