For Your Vintage Pewter A beautiful pair of vintage figural pewter candlesticks. This pair of small and relatively light candlesticks are cast in the form of Cherubs standing on one leg and holding a cup, where a candle would fit, with a raised arm while extending the opposite arm sideways. The cherubs have small wings on their back and are wearing a small cloth to cover their private parts. They both have a round conically raised base to which the leg is attached. The center of the base is marked with the words \"SKS ZINN 95%; sks design.\" Please carefully review the photos as they are part and parcel of our description.

  • Date: Uncertain, but most likely sometime in the mid to late 1900s.
  • Origin: Germany.
  • Size: Measures ~2\" diameter at the base and are ~4\" high. The inside diameter of the cup where the candle would fit is ~1/2\". Bothe pieces weigh ~5 ounces. This is a substantial stein weighing over 2 pounds 6 ounces.
