This is a darling vintage spaghetti style Santa S268C. He bears a gift stating Good Wishes, and is in lovely condition with no damage I can see. About 5 inches high, there is light crazing commensurate with age. No sticker, but I saw it listed as Napco. Darling. I collect vintage Santas-it is really hard to part with him!
