This is a Vintage Solid Silver Cigarette Box.

It is clearly Hallmarked Sheffield 1927 and Manufactured by W & H (Walker & Hall).

This Silver Cigarette Box is a good size Measuring approximately 4 1/2\" x 3 1/2\" x 2 1/4\"(115mm x 90mm x 60mm) when closed.

It has a Gross Weight of over 396.0 grams (approx 14.0 ounces) though it is weighted in the base and has the wooden interior, therefore it is impossible to calculate the exact silver content. A small engraving is evident on the top (as seen in photographs).

The Number 63400 is stamped on the underside of the base.

The Lid Opens/Closes on a Good Hinge and clicks firmly and accurately into the correct position when shut.

It remains without any repair or restoration. It does have a couple of bumps to two top corners (as seen in photographs) along with other typical storage/usage marks including some small minor knocks around the base.

I am confident that the eventual buyer will be very happy with this purchase.
