Vintage Solid Silver Ivy Leaf Thimble Signed FMT - stamped 916:

Beautiful vintage solid silver thimble, gilded inside and decorated around it\'s lower half with ivy leaves, tendrils and small berries. The thimble is hallmarked with a shield inside which are the initials FM and T underneath. The top of the shield looks like two crossed swords. There is what looks like a bird\'s head and 916. The markings are around the ivy and too small to photograph. The thimble measures approximately 0.9\" high and 0.6 in diameter across the base. It weighs 3.9grams and is in very good vintage condition.
