14K Gold PlatedThis pendant measures about 1 1/8\" diameter. It has very good relief. The back is marked \"14K Warranted Gold Plated.\"The State Seal is that of South Dakota. It has the State motto, \"Under God the People Rule.\" Around the outside of the front is inscribed, \"State of South Dakota/ Great 1889 Seal.\"We initially thought this pendant might be related to the former owner\'s WWII service, but we have not found any evidence of that connection.We gladly answer questions or supply additional photographs.
