This hobo / clown dollis a really unusual piece. It is believed to be from the 1960\'s and hails from Spain, however there are no markings indicating his true age and exact place of manufacture. He stands approximately 13\" tall and his plastic base is 8\" x 5\". His shoes and hands are made of plastic and his face is covered in a type of felt. He is holding a message sign that says\"L\'amaur pas la guerre\" which translates to \"Love not War\". He is in very good condition but there is a small crack at the base of his pipe that need a touch of glue.
