Beautiful, vintage 1930\'s/1940\'s, Art Deco, textured, metal mesh and thick glass, Sparklet Corporation, New York, Parklet, seltzer bottle!This bottle is in excellent vintage condition with some age appropriate wear, and very, very minor oxidation on the chrome top! The base is made of thick, heavy, clear, glass and is covered with woven, metal mesh. The top is chrome and the inside has a glass straw! This bottle has a really nice Art Deco look to it. There are no cracks, chips or other flaws noted. Again, it is in excellent condition!
This bottle was made for making instant carbonated water with a CO2 cartridge/bulb/charger. You can still purchase the cartridges/ bulbs/chargers for this bottle. Everything looks intact with this bottle, it hasn\'t been used years but it is clean and in excellent shape.
Bottle reads, SPARKLETS CORPORATION, NEW YORK, 5D5 on the trigger area and SPARKLETS, REG. US PAT around the ring.The bottom of the bottle reads CZECHO SLOVAKIA 345. These bottles were originally made in Great Britain and then the company moved to the United States. This bottle measures about 13 1/4\" tall with a diameter of about 4\".
This fantastic metal mesh, Art Deco, seltzer bottle would be a wonderful compliment to any bar, especially a vintage bar and would make a great Art Deco collectors piece!This was my fathers who was also the original owner.This is a very heavy bottle and will be well wrapped with bubble wrapped and boxed for shipping.If you have any questions, just ask!
