This gorgeous, vintage object of art is a piece created by Spode Copeand for T Goode & Co (1885). and there is an artist\'s mark as seen in the photographs. It is a three piece covered dish with a rare steamer plate. It is cobalt with gold patterned scrolling. It dates circa 1885-1890. It measures 51/2\" in diameter X 3\" in height from the top of the lid to the bottom. The serving bowl has a depth of 21/2\". There are two small chips, one on the edge of the steamer plate, the other on the rim of the steamer plate. There several tiny spots where the gold has worn from age and use. I have used it to keep scones warm and it works well. Please ask if you have any questions regarding the three piece set.
